The hotel had a great location, just steps away from the subway station and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering a free airport transfer and assisting with phone top-up. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice.
The lobby was under restoration during my stay, which made the entrance area look a bit unattractive. the staff had limited English skills, making communication difficult at times.

Very close to the subway station which gave easy (and cheap) access to the major sites in Beijing

Friendly staff, quiet room.
Not really negative, but don't expect a full western (continental) breakfast.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was extremely impressed. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the National Library subway station. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions like the Zoo. The staff were always attentive and friendly, despite the language barrier. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the functional bathroom space. The hotel also offers a range of services such as 24-hour room service and tours/ticket assistance, which added to the overall convenience of my stay.
Families will find this place to be a great choice for their stay.

Located close beside the subway station. Staff at reception can speak English.
There is a glass wall between room & bathroom....? No spa in the hotel. In the case of early morning checking they will charge an extra day.

Localization a few steps from National Library Station (Line 4)
The staff does not speak English. The internet did not work for two days (we stayed at the hotel for 8 nights). As the staff spoke no English was very difficult to obtain information about the issues.

The hotel was clean and cozy, with nice bathroom facilities and a comfortable bed that allowed me to sleep soundly. The hotel's location is conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the area. I also appreciated the fact that there were many small restaurants nearby where I could find delicious meals.
One of the downsides of the hotel was that it was not very welcoming upon check-in, with some confusion regarding foreign passports. Additionally, while the hotel was near academic centers, there wasn't much around for shopping or finding things I needed on my business trip.

The hotel staff is very nice and the location is good because it is very close to the underground and buses station, but there are very few restaurants nearby.

Very nice restaurant and located close to an underground.
Hotel staff didn't speak or understand a word of English. Internet was not working throughout the stay, almost 3 days. They called to get my passport again after check-in as they forgotten something. Called and woke me up after a 15h long travel, I said I would be down in 2h. 30min later when I finally got back to sleep there is a knock on the door and a runner holding a note saying "can I please have your passport..."

With its location just next to the National Library subway station, Vienna Hotel is the perfect place to base your trip in. Being so close to the Zoo, and surrounded by shops and restaurants, make this hotel even more convenient. the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with nice bathrooms and a good quality of service. the breakfast served each morning is delicious and provides a great start to the day. the rooms are well-equipped with all the facilities you might need, including a comfortable bed and great view.
Despite its many positive attributes, the hotel could improve its staff's English language abilities.

The hotel is so near from subway staiton,1minutes only. Some staff can speak English but not all of them. Breakfast was 35chinese yuan. I felt it was a bit expensive but quality was good. The room is clean and western style.
It took more than 15 minutes to check out. Because when we leave, the staff went to the room and checked if we use mini bar or pay amenity so carefully. I felt too much....
